UK orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days (Free & Express options available), and international shipping is fully tracked from just £5 – £10 via FedEx. For our EU customers, we also collect VAT upfront to avoid any surprise fees on delivery.

If it’s your first pair, you’re protected by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee — try one on, and if it’s not the right fit, you can return or exchange within 40 days. All other items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 10 working days.
